Don't worry about it. Creativity is a well that never really runs dry - or when it does, rest assured that it'll refill soon enough. Once a writer, you're a writer forever (even if you need to take breaks from it occasionally). I'd suggest that you just put writing out of your head for awhile and focus on all else in your life. By and by you'll realise that you suddenly have something you want to write about. Trust me on this one. Fatigue and stress can do that to you. Don’t worry about it.
